Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Unveylo account and associated data. Android package: com.unveylo.app. This notice also covers the previous internal build com.unspun.app.

From the app

Open Settings → Manage account → Delete account. Sign in again first if your session is more than five minutes old, then confirm deletion.

Without the app

To request deletion of your account and associated private data, email support@unveylo.com with the subject “Unveylo account deletion” from the email address associated with your account. If you cannot access that address, contact us for help. We may need to verify ownership before deleting an account. Do not send passwords, signup codes or payment card details.

What is removed

Account deletion removes your authentication account, private server jobs and account entitlement pointers. If subscription management through RevenueCat was used, we first request deletion of its associated customer record; if that request fails, deletion can be retried safely. Deleting through the app also removes that account’s saved checks from the current phone. You must remove exported/shared copies or copies on other devices separately.

What may remain

Limited billing records remain for the retention periods described in the privacy policy. Purchase-ownership hashes follow the bounded purchase-record retention period; deleted-account security markers expire after 90 days. These records help prevent purchase reuse and fraud. Public-source result caches can remain for up to seven days. The privacy policy explains the retention periods and purposes.

Cancel a subscription separately

Deleting your Unveylo account does not cancel a Google Play subscription or issue a refund. Use Google Play subscriptions to manage or cancel your plan.
